Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and the weight of your order.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times (US)

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • International Shipping: 10-21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s journey until it arrives at your doorstep.

Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship to locations within the United States and select international destinations. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

Lost or Stolen Packages
The Coffee Mug Shop R1 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.

Return & Exchanges


Due to the ‘made to order’ process of all products in our shop, we are unable to accept Returns and/or Exchanges. Please, double check the description of the product before purchasing it.


If there is a problem with your order or you have any question regarding our policies, please send us a message using the 'Contact' form.


In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, please get in touch with our team via email to info@thecoffeemugshopr1.com and provide a clear photo or video showing the issue so we can process the information and provide you with assistance. We can offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within  30 days of product delivery.

 

Cancellation


Due to the ‘made to order’ process of all products in our shop,we are only able to cancel an order if the order hasn't been sent to production. Please contact us using the 'Contact' form with your reference number so we can track your order and see whether or not the cancellation is still possible. Our shop cannot always guarantee a cancellation. We apologies for the inconveniences.
