Return & Exchanges


Due to the ‘made to order’ process of all products in our shop, we are unable to accept Returns and/or Exchanges. Please, double check the description of the product before purchasing it.


If there is a problem with your order or you have any question regarding our policies, please send us a message using the 'Contact' form.


In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, please get in touch with our team via email to thecoffeemugshopr1@yahoo.com and provide a clear photo or video showing the issue so we can process the information and provide you with assistance. We can offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within  30 days of product delivery.

Cancellation


Due to the ‘made to order’ process of all products in our shop,we are only able to cancel an order if the order hasn't been sent to production. Please contact us using the 'Contact' form with your reference number so we can track your order and see whether or not the cancellation is still possible. Our shop cannot always guarantee a cancellation. We apologies for the inconveniences.
